It’s nearly the end of August!

Schools are going back, and Christmas is only four months away.

There is not much time to achieve your targets for 2016. But there is lots you can do in the remaining four months…

Here are a couple of ideas: –

1) Create an offer for your customers to upgrade or buy new services or products. Consider doing this once a month in the run-up to Christmas. I do not like discounting, so try packaging instead.

2) Meet with your best customers or clients, and find out what’s bothering them or holding them back from achieving their goals, and get more involved in helping them. this should build Goodwill, and the new additional income.

3) Spring clean your marketing assets. Check your metaphoric cupboards for marketing assets, looking for ones that have worked before, but have not been used for a while. Too often we stop using marketing projects, when they could us more money if used again or a bit longer.

These are only a few to get you started.
