New tactic for catching Tax Cheats

It seems as though the Inland Revenue have found (or believe they have found) a new way to stop people saving tax legally or illegally.

Seemingly failing to be able to stay ahead of the tax avoidance market, a completely legal market, they have brought the moral argument to bear against high profile tax savers.
