London accountant shortlisted for award for the fifth year running

Gordon D’Silva, managing director of Gordons Knight ,and as you know, award-winning Accountants in 2014, we were proud to be announced winners of the British Accountancy Awards 2014, having been runners-up for the five years before that. The good news is in 2015 we been shortlisted again in two categories already there is, hopefully some more results coming down the track which we hope to share with you later on in the month or maybe next month.We’ve been shortlisted in the small practice of the year 2015 as well as Technology Champion of year. So just great news. Small Practice of the year are basically aimed at small one director companies of which there are nearly 39,000 in the UK. As independent practices led by the vision of the owner. So they’re not run by a large conglomerate. We do amazing things with little resources, working to bring massive value to their clients. We don’t charge as much of the larger firms do. yet we punch way above our weight in delivering amazing value .
As clients, we have already met and you know how good we are.

We have also been shortlisted as technology champion.

You may or may not know that we are totally solid on technology. One of the key words in our business is leverage. And the biggest way we get to leverage within our business for our clients is through technology. And so we embrace technology in all its formats which allows us to offer the amazing value services at a budgeted cost, which would normally be associated with larger firms and larger fees. The technology has allowed us to do that. You already have some idea of the things we do. You get these videos. You get our webinars. You get the our automated reminders. You get our project management service systems.

What you are seeing, is the front end of all the technology we test and adopt within our practice. The benefit of having an accountant that is so technologically minded, and so forward thinking, is that you can feed off that information, or of that know-how, of that knowledge.
