Do you have daily goals and objectives? What would you like to be able to achieve today?
If you are the type of person who wants to get into bed in the evening and think ‘what a great day’ or ‘I achieved such a lot’, then you should probably spend some time in the morning thinking about how best to achieve that feeling. Or even the evening before which is my preferred method.
One of the best ways to feel like you had a good day is to set yourself up some goals and objectives. This can be done in he shower, over your morning coffee, or even on your commute into work. Goals do not have to be business orientated. They can be personal goals such as clearing out the messy drawer, adding appointments to your calendar, trying a new recipe, or spending quality time with a member of your family..
However most of you that own your own business will have business goals. Many people can be overwhelmed when thinking of goals to set themselves and their company.
People have business goals, but they tend not to be daily ones. What small steps do you think you could make today that could help you towards your yearly targets.
Are there some old customers that you could contact? Do you have time to consider your marketing plan for the week?
