When you apply the principles of using systems, you will be making it easier on yourself. It is one of the most powerful things I’ve learned that made it easier for me to get out of being overworked and overwhelmed.
Once you’ve learned how to apply the principles of using systems, the business does not rely on you.
It relies on the system to run the business.
A systemised business, like McDonalds, is always more valuable than a normal burger joint where there are no systems.
And more fun to own.
