A: No, you can keep your same accountant. We understand that the relationship between accountant and director is a precious one. If you are happy with the accountancy and tax advice you are getting, then we encourage you to stay where you are. The work we do with alerts and bookkeeping will only make their job easier, and they may even charge you less.

For some of our services, we even do the end of year accounts free if you use our complete bookkeeping and management service, because the work is all done during the year. This should definitely assist your accountant in maintaining your relationship with the authorities.

 What are the costs after the trial?

A: After the trial, you can choose whether to continue using the software, or not. The accounting software costs are minimal, £20 plus VAT,or slightly more if you have multi-currency and more than one employee who you would like payroll for.

If you like the insights and alerts, then the fees are based on the complexity of your reporting requirements. For clients on our essential service, the additional fee is £50 per month, and for non-clients £80 per month.

Is this really a free trial?

A: Yes, this trial is completely free. We will be paying your subscription for six months and offering you the insights as a gift try out our expertise. In the interests of full disclosure, we are aiming to impress you enough, for you to want to work with us after the trial is over. That will be your decision. What if I don’t like the software?
