Take for example, our thinking on dealing with accounting bits of paper… You could file it in a physical file. Then you need to keep that file for seven years (to be safe), you have to remember where you keep the file, you have to pay for the space to keep the file, and you have to remember where to find it when you need that piece of paper. All time-consuming and expensive, I think you will agree.
In this video we introduce a simple free app which will allow you to simply scan your paperwork using your smart phone. This application will convert it into a PDF, and email it or save it to any location you wish.
Our clients use it to save time with their bookkeeping software, by sending us their paperwork. We then attach the paperwork to their accounting software, completing all the accounting transactions. This saves time and gives them accurate reporting without lifting a finger… Well, maybe just click the “take photo” button.
