What I would like to introduce you to is the £1000 idea. Now what a £1000 idea is, is reallysimple. It’s an idea that’s worth, when implemented and taken action on, £1000 a year.Now if you take no action and do not implement, then clearly it’s a sort of zero value idea andwhat I’m looking to do is bring you over 50, maybe even 150 ideas that on each one, ifimplemented, could be worth £1000 or more a year. Now if you implement just one of those a year, that’s £1000. If you implement five of those ayear, that’s £5000 a year. Over five years, that’s £60,000. So please do not be fooled by the ideaof it’s only £1000.
