Business Owner Update 22nd May
End of a busy week, lets take stock…Hi, this is the end of the week.And it’s time for us to just reflect on how the week went.And when I’m in my coaching sessions, I ask my clients three questions.The first question I ask, and today’s a Friday, so you can play along as if we’re in real time.You can pause the video, as, and when you, you feel, you want to just consider the questions a little bit more, but you know, your first answer is usually the best one because that’s, what’s really going on inside.Right.So the first question is…. what were your wins this week?So there could be anything from a personal win to a business, win to an achievement or to a learning, whatever it is.What were your, what were your wins this week?Just make a note of what your wins were and you can post them in the post all together with these three questions.So when it comes to wins, just put a W and then put your wins after that.And then, then second question. Is what did life or your business want to teach you this week?So that would be a learning an L. So what lessons did you learn this week from either business or from life?You know, business and life is constantly throwing us challenges and lessons than we want to. learn from.And let’s learn from what those are and, and make a note of them. So we don’t just let them go. We learn from them.And when you write them down, you’re going to learn them at a deeper level.So, write those down.And the third question is what projects or projects are you looking at working on next week?And of course, on this one, I sort of interact a little bit because we sort of look at what the business wants to achieve, what the business owner wants to achieve.And I sort of filter that. answer through my lens and what I know about their business and what I know about, their business numbers, their cashflow, their, ability and stuff.So, and, and what they’re good at. And I try to keep them focusing on things that are good at, so that they delegate this stuff that they arn’t.So we want to make sure we look at what project we’re working on next week.So we have that in the back of my mind or in the front of our mind. ..What the project is that they’re gonna do hit the ground running on Monday.So those are my three questions for the end of the week.Please play along, answer those three questions.And therein is the end of the week.You can then celebrate because you’ve done really well this week, regardless of what you’ve done, you’ve done really well.And you’ve either.
