Many businesses tell me they are different, says Wimbledon accountant, Gordon D’Silva.
When we get down to more detail, the difference, in my opinion is fragile in many cases.
Most businesses tell me they offer great customer service, or their product is superior (without specifying exactly how). Or they say they are the best of all their competitors (without any proof).
